Data processing location

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this websiteacquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet (Internet domain and IP protocol address, browser type and computer operating system used, date, time, length of the site, pages viewed, any search engine through which you entered the site).

• the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed.
• certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, and also related to their contents, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.


4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
• for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data pertinent to collection purposes.
• to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Rights of interested parties

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verification of its accuracy or to request its integration, updating or correction on the basis of the provisions from art. 7 D. Decree no. 196/2003. To comply with the aforementioned article, the User shall have the right to request the deletion, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. The request may be submitted to the Holder of the processed data using the above references.

Changes to this Privacy Statement
