Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 called "Code concerning the processing of personal data" will

art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for collecting
personal data on-line,and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that
data controllers must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the
purpose of the link.
Please note that this Privacy Policy may be changed depending upon activation of new
services or as a result of updates to the law, therefore it is advisable to check any news on
the aforementioned site. It should be noted that in case of changes that may affect the
information we collect from you we will send communication via email to registered users of
the changes made to allow them to be able to modify or cancel their registration.

As provided for in art. 13, paragraph 1, letter f of D. Decree No 30 June 2003, n. 196 "When
the owner has designated the appropriate person or persons in charge, at least one of them,
pointing out the site on the communications network or the methods by which it is easily
known the updated list of those responsible." To comply with the law, you may request the
updated list of data processors by writing an email to

Data processing location
The processing related to the web services of this website take place at the premises of the
owner and are only handled by technical staff in charge of processing or by persons in charge
of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is
communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who register on Fenice is used only to perform the
service or provision requested and is not disclosed to third parties. Please note
that Fenice is required to cooperate with the authorities and could be in the situation of
having to disclose personally identifiable information in response to specific requests from
judicial authorities or other public authorities. You also agree that your personal information
may be disclosed as part of a judicial proceeding, if Fenice is required to do so, if it
deems it in some way to reduce its liability or to protect its rights. We may also share
information as part of a corporate transaction, such as the dissolution, merger, consolidation
or sale of assets, and in the unlikely event of insolvency.
Types of data processed:
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this websiteacquire, during
their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the
communication protocols of the Internet (Internet domain and IP protocol address, browser
type and computer operating system used, date, time, length of the site, pages viewed, any
search engine through which you entered the site).
This information is not collected to be associated with the user identified, but by their very
nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users
to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users
connecting to the site, URL addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources,
the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file
obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server
(successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer

This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistics on site usage and to check its correct
functioning and is deleted immediately after processing.
The automatically collected information may be used by
"Fenice" to ascertain
responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site, for statistical purposes,
to improve the navigation and content of the site. The fact remains that the eventuality of the

Non-Registered Users
Fenice encourages its users to register to use the different features of the Site, however
you may choose not to register and use only the parts of the site that do not require
registration.
If you do not register with the Site, the personal information collected will be limited to the

server, administer the Site and compile usage statistics. The user's IP address may change

information will still be collected and processed only in aggregate form, which means that
once entered into our database will be used only to create overall reports about our visitors,
but not on individual visitors.

the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. We inform you that to provide
a complete service there are links to other web sites operated by other owners. We accept no
liability for errors, contents, cookies, publication of immoral content, advertising, banners or
files that do not comply with current regulations and the Data Protection Law by websites not
managed by us to which you are visiting.

companies, for marketing and promotional purposes. In this case, such information will be
made so that no third party can identify our users and we will ask these third parties to use
such information only for the supply of Fenice-specific services. The profile and user
contributions to Fenice will be published and will be identified by the user's

Fenice is committed to implementing all the security procedures for the protection of
personal information maintained in its systems. For example, we limit access to personal
information to employees who we believe reasonably need to have access to them. We also
employ processes (such as password hashing, log auditing and conclusion of inactive
sessions) to protect this information from unauthorized access. While adopting technical and
organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or unlawful and
against the loss, destruction or damage of data, we can not absolutely guarantee the security
of this information.
Protection of minors
The site is aimed at a general audience and does not knowingly collect data from underage
individuals. In such an event, the appropriate staff should realize that the User is such, and a
request for more information will be made through an email in which we will communicate that
the User must obtain written parental consent before the receiving and processing of their
personal data.
Art. 7, D. Lgs n. 196/2003
In relation to the processing described above, the User can exercise their rights under Article
7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions, which are
below in full:
- The User has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of
personal data pertinent to you, even if not yet registered on the Site, and their
communication in an intelligible form.
- The User has the right to obtain:
- the origin of personal data
- the purposes and methods of treatment
- the logic applied in case of processing made with the aid of electronic tools
- the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under
article 5, paragraph 2
- the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be
communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the
State, managers or agents.
- You have the right to obtain:
- updates, rectification or, when interested, integration of data.
- the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed
unlawfully, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the
data was collected or subsequently processed.
- certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, and also
related to their contents, to those to whom the data was communicated or
disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of
means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
- The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data pertinent to collection
purposes.
- to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending
advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or
commercial communication.
Rights of interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation
of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verification of its
accuracy or to request its integration, updating or correction on the basis of the provisions
from art. 7 D. Decree no. 196/2003.
To comply with the aforementioned article, the User shall have the right to request the
deletion, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of
the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing. The request may
be submitted to the Holder of the processed data using the above references.
Changes to this Privacy Statement
We reserve the right to change this statement if we deem it appropriate. In case of changes
that might have an impact on information collected from you, we will make every reasonable
effort to notify you of the changes and give you the opportunity to change or cancel your
registration.
